You need to fix your rating system. You ask how much I'm likely to recommend the company. But you use that score to rank the employee. The employee could be better than the company or vice versa. It's a very flawed and poorly thought out system.
The technician does a great job making sure our house & property is kept Pest Free. He always makes sure we aren’t having any problems with pests.

And not only is the staff at the office, like Skylar, very friendly and efficient, but the technician Chris Calhoun that came to our home was very thorough and professional! We have 4 different services with Northwest and have used them for the past 12 or more years. Very pleased!!

Our service is scheduled monthly and our rep is always on First name removed. Rachael is personable and listens to any concerns we have. If there are issues we have noticed since our last service Rachel will address it immediately and follows up on subsequent visit.
