Michael Fisher is a very professional and outstanding individual. He will contact you prior to accomplishing his job to see if you have any concerns. Then he will inform you on how he can handle the situation and takes care of it. Upon completion he will again make contact and brief you on what he accomplished. This doesn't happen once in a while but every time Michael provide services. I greatly appreciate Michael and Northwest Exterminating!
