I receive a call or text letting me know what day they will be doing a treatment. The day of treatment the Tech calls and let's me know he is on his way and what treatment(s) he will be performing.

ALWAYS there when you need them. They do my monthly services and occassionally when I need them to come out for an odd issue, they are still there for me. Staff is ALWAYS kind and proffessional. Job is always done right. They let me know when they are coming and if I'm not home, when they leave.
