Excellent service from the very beginning. I appreciate that I get a call a couple of days before they're going to come out for my services as well as when they're on their way. I haven't had to call them out between services and hope that I don't. I've been thoroughly please with everything from the termite protection, the insulation I had installed, and the pest maintanance I have.
They come pretty much when they say they are coming and will text you if they see they can make it earlier

The reps I have had out to my house over the years have been wonderfulllll!! First, it was Denise. Loved her. Now we have I think Anthony*??? Not sure that is his name but he's been coming for many years now and we love him!! Always so friendly and easy. Appreciate how he goes the extra mile by removing spider webs outside and giving me tips on how to keep our home bug free.
I also appreciate how NW will come in between scheduled visits as needed. We havent had to do that much but any time I ask they come! Also, appreciate how the pricing has stayed pretty much the same over the years. I have considered ending the termite protection but when I consider the price I decide better safe than sorry.

This company pays attention and keeps up with you scheduling so you don't have to remember. They always ask has there been any problems but for the last three to four years I've only had to have them in my home to treat a small infection of roaches someone bought with their belongings to my house and that only took a total of three months believe before I did have to worry about those things being all over my house. Thank you
