Our rep, Gary, from Northwest, always comes on time, communicates in advance as requested and does a very thorough job each time he services our home. So, I personally find their company to be a top notch type service and a reputable company to do business with.
I like the fact that I have had the same person come to my home as long as I have had this service. He is always very pleasant and makes you feel like an old friend. As long as I have had this service I have not had any problems.

Service man is very professional and friendly. He always calls to let us know he will be servicing the house. He always ask if there is any concerns or anything else we want done.
