1st - Archie was great. He was thorough and offered extra advice about things I could do to make areas less appealing to roaches(He specifically asked about an upstairs bathroom and if it got used much. I told him it almost never gets used and he suggested I be sure to run the water occasionally in the sink and the tub faucet because those can be spots that attract bugs if they don't get used) I could tell Archie genuinely cared. That's the kind of extra little thing that I appreciate as a customer. Communication was on point too. Archie called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way when he came back out to treat a problem area. If you keep guys like Archie around then I'll continue to be a customer.
2nd thing - I had some questions and was able to easily talk to the office manager Jeremy. I cannot overstate how refreshing it is to just be able to have a conversation with a person like Jeremy that's familiar with my account and the services and can easily answer questions/concerns and takes the time to explain things so I have a better understanding.
Very happy overall with the services.
