We most love the tenure of our specific rep (Asa) that visits our house regularly. We LOVE that it has been the same person for years - we trust him, and we don't have to explain things repeatedly to him. He listens to us, always attends to our requests, and is thorough in his work. He tells us when he will arrive and does what he says he is going to do. Thus far, this has been our favorite pest control company to work with! Asa deserves kudos for representing the company so well.
