The service that the technician, Kevin, provided was successful. My concern was that there was no notification or invoice provided as expected.
After talking to the manager it seemed there was a problem with calling me and sending out an invoice for the work.
I was told they would correct these errors and in the future I would receive a notification and they would text an invoice.
Your service man, Jay, is a great representative for your company. He is congenial, professional, and very customer friendly. He generates trust between your company and the customer.
