You come when called.
They always call before coming to be sure I will be home in case they need access to the garage to rebait traps, etc. They always rebait them and we never have any rodents trapped in the traps so that is great. They thoughtfully spray non toxic insect killers near my raised bed garden so I don't have to worry about contamination in my growing produce. We used to have Dillon and he was superb. We have a new staff person and he has been out twice, also doing a great job!

You don’t use chemicals
The service I receive from Northwest has always been and still is exceptional. It is always very personalized to my needs, and the technician always makes sure I get exactly what I need for a particular visit. I have been solicited to switch to other extermination companies many times over the past four years, but I will never switch. I cannot imagine this level of service is provided anywhere else.
