The people who come to clean are always super nice and efficient. Also don't try to hardsell ay upgrades and can answer all questions. I've been using ZeroRez for 15 years or so and never had a bad experience.
I was very happy to be able to schedule the service so quickly. I also appreciated that the tech called to let me know that he was on his way so I could plan my time accordingly. The carpets were pretty clean once the tech was done.

I have used several carpet cleaning companies over the years, and Zero Rez is consistent from start to finish with their customer service to the day of cleaning. On time. Polite. Neat. And listen to what you the customer need vs. trying to sell "specials" that are not needed. The ONLY company I use to clean our carpets & rugs.
