I have used several carpet cleaning companies over the years, and Zero Rez is consistent from start to finish with their customer service to the day of cleaning. On time. Polite. Neat. And listen to what you the customer need vs. trying to sell "specials" that are not needed. The ONLY company I use to clean our carpets & rugs.

Didn’t have a clue about them. I needed to get a nasty bedroom carpet cleaned. Found them on the internet. Called and they came next day. They did a great job on the carpet. MUCH better than I expected. Great job with what I thought was a carpet that couldn’t be cleaned. They did it. Great job. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I thought the price was very reasonable.
