No unpleasant smell, very kind and polite service people, and the job is always done in a timely manner. We have Zerorez return annually for our office cleaning. Top notch!
Technician very nice and professional. He was on time and did a good job. I had a couch cleaned and it came out great
Your staff is great!
I appreciated the ease of ordering online. Also, the tech called ahead of time as stated and arrived promptly. We had a sectional cleaned along with a large ottoman and area rug. He finished the job in a timely manner. Was respectful and professional. Husband and I are very happy with how clean everything turned out. The last time we had the sectional cleaned by another company, some of the stains returned after it was dried. It's been almost a week and everything still looks terrific! We will use your company again.
