My service tech called the day of the appointment and said he could arrive earlier than scheduled which was excellent. He was quick efficient and did a good job of cleaning our beige couch. The products used on my porcelain floors work beautifully leaving no streaks or scent. They dry quickly and the technicians are very careful to do an outstanding job. I would not use another floor company. Very happy with Zerorez!
