The staff is very nice and the difference classes they offer the pool the difference venter that comes in.
I enjoy the Senior classes for active older adults, and I appreciate all of the other group classes offered, although I don't necessarily participate in most of them. Individual or self selection exercise is also available in the pools, gym, and workout areas. There is something for everyone at the Y!
So far, the staff has been friendly, accommodating, & informative. There are a wide range of activities to participate in and a great way to stay in shape.

I love the people of the Y. From the folks at the front desk to course instructors I have been consistently impressed by the warmth and professionalism of everyone that I've encountered. The only downside is the obvious one: parking.

Love the Y and all the classes for Active Older Adults (AOA). Jamie and Christine are great, but really want to have another class on Tuesdays.

I love being able to access the therapy pool after working out. Unfortunately, the pool is not open as much as it used to be; so closure of the pool is a inconvenience for families who have children.
