The YMCA is a community. The facilities and equipment are always clean and safe. The staff are friendly, kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. We members come in all shapes, ages, sexs, colors, backgrounds and treat the "Y" with respect.

Great programs, facility is clean and well kept and staff is always friendly.
To be able to exercise in a supportive and encouraging environment means a good deal to me. My group mates who have become friends and the motivating and caring instructors make coming to the Y at an early hour less unpleasant. Susie and John, in particular, show patience and respect for all attendees and their individual needs.
I like that the parent/child swim classes have a structure that is based more around fun with basic skills incorporated for babies/young toddlers. We have a great time & it is easy enough to squeeze that 30 minutes into a busy week.

It's a place that feels like home. My son is free to be himself, although he's young and I'm free to be his mom while in a healthy environment. Thank you all for what you do.
All the lifeguards are awesome super friendly and definitely on their game making sure everyone is safe at the pool, My daughter loves Ava. Lots of great activities to do at this Awesome facility.

Enjoy the clean facility, the pool and my instructor Malachi is excellent.
My wife and I are taking a Pickle Ball class and the experience has been excellent. Both of us have improved greatly and the teacher has a very organized plan for drills and game simulations. We live in Milford and the location is perfect for us.

I love the variety of classes and the instructors. Colin is the best and I love his Tuesday class! I also really enjoy Monday night cycling with David and Yoga in the mornings with Alexis. I like the sense of community I feel at the Y, it's motivating and welcoming.
Carls’ Family YMCA is fantastic. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and very welcoming to everyone. Most of them know everyone’s name when they walk through the front door; it is truly like a family here.
The facility is very clean and well-maintained. New equipment is always being rotated in and kept up to date. Lots of classes to choose from no matter what your age, mobility, or fitness level. There is a class for everyone!

The pool aerobics is beyond amazing!
In one hour, I get a workout for my whole body and great cardio too! The instructor, Lisa, continually challenges me to gain more muscle and endurance to keep me strong and healthy.
It’s a no brainer to join this exercise group twice weekly at least!
