Heather I can’t say enough about she is amazing it’s like I have a personal trainer when she teaches a class. Keith at the top of the stairs is also always so friendly and helpful.

We love the staff, facilities and resources available to families. We also can’t tell you how much we appreciate that as a queer family, we have felt included and staff have thoughtfully asked us how we want to be called by our child (mom and mama). Just that small gesture of inclusion made a world of difference for us. Thank you for the kindness and inclusion.

I love the variety of activities that the kids can engage in! Having access to the pool and gymnasium is amazing. The teachers are so loving and caring and do a wonderful job of implementing engaging and creative curriculum.

I have been to a few classes in the past but this fall I signed up for Pickleball lessons. I thought the class was posted as for "all levels" but, on reflection, suspect that was a mistake on my parrt. At the first class, it was all brand new beginners other than myself having been playing for about a year already. Jean accommodated my "difference". Turns out I had a lot to learn & did indeed learn a lot from Jean. Jean is exceptionally observant and was able to give useful pointers to every student to address their specific needs. Jean is a great teacher/trainer for Pickleball. As well as having fun and what I learned in class, I made contacts that have already brought me back to the Marblehead Y for weekend pickleball games. And now that I am familiar with the facilities, I will loook for regular exercise classes, too. So, joining Jean's class got me more connected to the Marblehead Y.

We are very thankful to have had the opportunity for our daughter to participate in a girls basketball skills and drills, despite fairly low enrollment. Coach Nick has done a great job making it work despite varying ages and skills levels in this small group. Our daughter feels a lot more confident heading into basketball season because of the skills she has worked on during Skills and Drills (girls edition! Yahhh!) as well as the basketball Sports Camp this last summer. Thank you for your efforts!

Coach Nick is an amazing coach and does such a good job of providing age appropriate activities. He is also wonderful at compassionate interactions with kids who need redirecting and support. He is fun, warm, and a great communicator with both kids and parents.

Coach Nick (and his team) are wonderful. They bring such enthusiasm and get my 4yo excited about soccer. They know his name when he arrives, give him a high five, and do engaging drills with the little ones. We have been so happy with the preschool soccer program!

We did soccer with our 3yr old! Great engagement by the Coach Nick and the coaches!
