Very Happy with my membership so far. Clean, courteous staff lots of equipment.
One disappointment was that I signed up online on a Saturday, went to the Y on the Sunday afternoon and was told that I could not enter as my membership had not been approved ( even though it had on line) I was told I had to wait until I received a call to verify my account. I went home, waited 2 weeks and received no call. I went last Sunday, received my tag and walked in to the Y. In effect, I paid for two weeks of membership that was not "permitted" to utilize. I would appreciate my membership fees being pro rated to last Sunday 3/3/24 instead of 2/24/24. Thank you for your interest ! Name removed, Phone number removed

Nick is an excellent coach. It was great to see how well he balanced having fun with holding the kids accountable and making sure sessions stayed productive.

I love the Y! The facility is clean. I enjoy the diversity of programs and instructors I've encountered are great.

My one request is to add more aqua trampoline's to Monday night's Aquafit class. It's a scramble to sign up for the class and there are never enough trampolines.

The Y has excellent facilities, you have improved your app/online scheduling, and I appreciate the new machines, and the pool. The Y (both Salem and Lynch) contribute to the health and well being of people and our community. I feel better about myself and the world when I exercise at the Y a few times each week.
