Love the temp of the small pool - very welcoming to old (er) bones! I take the Sunday am class, taught by Gus, which has grown so much in attendance. Gus is a great instructor, very focused and knowledgeable. Always feel great when glass is over.

Absolutely, we love sauna and pool at Salem location. The stuff are friendly and very helpful.
Is a friendly environment. I went in for the first time to work out and felt a little nervous but then realized everyone was there for the same thing and felt no judgement. Plus is a very clean place.

It’s clean, the front desk is helpful and welcoming and there are good exercise options. I like that I can get a membership through my senior Medicare health benefits, and use it at other Ys.

The shallow pool depth and warmth is perfect for our 2 little kids. Plenty of open swim times. The staff is nice too.
Not sure how to spell the teachers name, but Narius is an excellent instructor. My daughter was super nervous and she let him know the first day and he was amazing at keeping her anxiety down. I cannot express enough how awesome he is and my daughter loves him! All instructors should be this way!
