I enjoy coming to the Y for many reasons, not only to exercise and to learn healthy habits to stay in shape or get in shape, but the comradery of all the friends I have made there in the past few years. This on some days is just as important as the exercise, especially in your senior years. I really enjoy the numerous classes that are offered either in the pool, upstairs with the equipment or enjoying a class in one of the studios. My home away from home.

The instructors are varied and fabulous. The place is clean. The equipment works! The toddlers are utterly adorable and raise one’s spirits.

Teachers are wonderful and structure the classes appropriately.
I enjoy the workout classes, spin and pickleball. I wish there was open pickleball in the evening for those of us who work.

We love our swim instructors, the warm small pool, and the variety of class time options. I have twins with very different personalities and between their two swim instructors, I feel both their needs are being met. Very happy!

The structure of the lessons and how aligned they are with child development.
We love the gymnastics program here! All of the coaches are very skilled, encouraging and patient with our Madeline. We can’t say enough about the class and the Y team.
Coaches have helped Julian grow so much since the parent child classes. I believe that he is learning a lot about listening and social skills.
It is welcoming, friendly, beautiful and well-equipped for fitness for all ages!
