Awesome facility great staff

It’s clean, instructors are friendly and personable, employees are terrific!

We have had a positive experience with preschool swim. The instructors are dedicated and our son is making significant progress in skill and comfortability levels.

Addy and the instructors were extremely accommodating to us. Our son has unique learning challenges, but through discussion with Addy and the instructors we were able to keep him in group classes and saw him evolve from being scared of the water to easily submerging, swimming without flotation, and even earning his green wristband. Thank you!

Great, clean gym and space.

One important request is more baby changing tables and benches in the family locker rooms - there are lines of families waiting to use the very few rooms that accommodate younger children and babies

I take classes and find all classes are great. Instructors are professional and nice. Especially I would like to thank Lisa and Peggy for their outstanding jobs.

I like the flexibility in options for the different programs and activities. I love the inclusion and diversity that I see in the programs and activities as well. The coaches are amazing knowledgeable instructors and provide constructive feedback to my child. We are happy to have our child as a participant at your YMCA. As an adult that was enrolled at the YMCA organization as a child, I am happy that my child has the ability to attend as well.

plenty of equipment, i go mid-day and it's not crowded - i can even find parking!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. In addition, the facility is clean with many exercise and sporting events to choose from.

Tanner who did the he orientation was great. He showed me a lot of the equipment and how to use it. It was not difficult at all. A lot of fun. I was impressed with how crowded and popular it is. I like the classes you offer. It’s clean and friendly. Pool beautiful. Liked the snack bar.
I already recommended it to my neighbor and I think she’ll join.

The Lynch van Otterloo YMCA is always sparkling clean with the newest equipment. There is not one piece of equipment they don't have! Friendly desk staff and floor staff and great variety of classes. I will always recommend this Y to anyone who asks for a gym recommendation. I simply love it, it's my happy place.
