It is a really great facility with a wide variety of space for many kinds of work outs. The classes are positive and welcoming. The space is clean and very user friendly. It is easy to see how much it feeds to the community at various levels.
I will say the lay out of the building takes some getting use to but the staff are always helpful.
Great variety of classes, and ways to get some good exercise.
Like the variety of programs offered for everyone in my family, over 60, children in 30s, grandkids.
I also appreciate Darios and their staff. Delicious snacks and helpful as my grandson gas an hour between activities and it's nice to get something warm to refuel between activities.
Great way to consistently reinforce swimming skills. An area for improvement is the variability in quality of the instructors. Some are just going through the motions. But once I figured out which those were I could schedule my child to avoid those instructors. The other area for improvement is class size, or more specifically instructor to student ratio. The ratio is good at the preschool level, but at school age there can sometimes be too many kids per instructor on days when the full class shows up.

The pools and locker rooms are very clean, and some of the lifeguards are friendly.
We are in the parent child swim class, and the teachers are mediocre at best. They don’t have great rapport with the babies/toddlers, and they seem to be just stuck with the assignment rather than someone who enjoys working with the age group. Can we get some parents of toddlers teaching???
The instructor was great! The facility was nice and water was warm. I liked the family changing room.

Overall the facilities are great. I do have two points of feedback. First, it would be very helpful if the back weight room was open more often as it would really impact the congestion in the main room. Second, the men’s locker room is really subpar. The showers are often lacking soap and are not particularly clean. The overall locker room has temperature issues. I find the rest of the facility to be top notch and I truly enjoy the place. Also, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

So incredibly impressed by the care to its new and current members by staff! Was helped by a lovely human Sydney Moore this past month as we became members and her candor, welcoming spirit and help as truly a breath of fresh air. So grateful to be a part of Lynch/ can Otterloo with our family and feel so cared for! All our very best to the the young people who’ve also been so accommodating with even the smallest of questions and clarifications, so impressed!
Excellent equipment, lots of it. Only problem is the number of people who occupy the
equipment while playing on their cellphones/ It's fine to do it, but not while tying up the
machines that others are waiting patiently for....
