There is a great selection of group classes and the instructors are very helpful.
The YMCA in Marblehead head is very cheerful place to work out.
I have already referred my sister Janet Last name removed to the Y.

It's a wonderful resource for so many people. I'd like to have better communication, though, about upcoming special offerings like the Sound Bathing on Friday nights at the Lynch Van Otterloo Y. Haven't been able to figure out how to get those things as alerts despite being signed up.

Classes are fantastic that’s number 1 reason I go Heather Is the best instructor, she’s so knowledgeable and a true asset to the YMCA.
Another fantastic instructor is Kelly she’s extremely motivating and makes the classes fun as well as challenging.
