It is a great place to do your workouts
It is very clean and great - my only feedback would be to limit hours when kids can be there or to have a "kids zone" maybe in the back area for late middle schoolers/early high schoolers to workout. It can get a bit hectic on the machines and in the turf area in the late afternoon early evening.
I Think it is the place to get a super workout, they have everything you need and want !!!
This was a great for my child to participate in. It helped introduce listening, following directions and worked on strengthening their coordination. I would recommend this to other parents and toddlers to participate in.
Staff works with parents to provide best environment for child
My personal trainer, Brenton, is wonderful, and I have benefited greatly from my sessions with him.
Modern, lots of rooms, classes and machines to use. Pool is well maintained. Great activities for the young, and there's a food court inside! Other Ys should be modeled this way!
My only wish for improvement are the lockers, they're not very good and can't hold much
Because the Y offers something for everyone. Facility is clean and bright. People are friendly.
It's one of the best gyms in the area; plus I have the added satisfaction of supporting an institution that has real values and positively supports the community I live in.
Affordable, clean, lots of classes, staff is amazing, always getting new equipment
Very clean, great staff!!
I’d likely recommend the Y (YMCA) because it offers a powerful combination of community, wellness, and personal growth opportunities. Here’s why:
Holistic Wellness: The Y focuses on more than just physical fitness—it supports mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Whether you're working out, attending a support group, or joining a wellness class, the Y encourages balanced living.
Inclusive Community: It’s a welcoming space for people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. The Y fosters a sense of belonging, which is especially valuable for individuals or families seeking community support.
Affordable Programs: With financial assistance programs and sliding scale memberships, the Y is more accessible than many private gyms or wellness centers.
Family-Friendly Environment: The Y offers childcare, youth sports, swim lessons, and teen programs, making it an ideal place for families to grow and thrive together.
Values-Driven Mission: The Y operates with a strong sense of purpose—promoting youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. It’s more than a gym; it’s a movement that contributes to stronger communities.
Consistent Nationwide Quality: Whether you’re in a big city or a small town, YMCAs tend to uphold similar standards. That reliability makes it easy to recommend broadly.

I’m 75 years old and swim about 30 laps 5 days a week. I love the pool. Front desk staff is welcoming and responsive. Thanks for helping us stay healthy.

I haven't come as often as I planned to for various reasons, but I'm hoping I'm back on track now! The staff are so friendly and you have a great selection of classes and equipment. And I love having access to the pool for laps, as well as an outdoor pool for chilling out in the summer.
