The staff is so energetic and spirited! All the guys working make the kids smile. They also have creative and fun ways to teach real skills.

Because I am and have been very pleased with all the classes I attend there as well as the excellent instructors. I also find it to be a very convivial group of people for the most part and a great place to connect.

Yes! The LVO YMCA is a wonderful place for families. My kids have literally grown up there!

I'm a lap swimmer and the pool is fantastic. Plus, excellent classes -- strength training Pliates, circuit training, etc. Connections program a bonus.
