Enjoy the classes and instructors. The pool is great. The only negative is when your guards are either late or just standing around and NOT opening the small pool at 7. One guard ALWAYS opens at 7:10-7;15 and IS DOING NOTHING! Very irritating.

Open on time there is no excuse.

The NSE Cheer Program is being apart of an extended family. Everyone involved is supportive inside and outside the gym.

Swim team has been great for our 7 year old as he has really learned to swim well (thanks Sue G!) and is building confidence in the water. He does not enjoy meets as they are very long and there is a lot going on. At one meet, he was scheduled to swim in 3 events and missed the middle one. It feels as though the younger kids (under 10?) should be involved in their own separate meets as the ones with the older kids seem overwhelming and very very long (too long). Also, when they don't allow parents present or at least on the swim deck, someone needs to make sure the young kids swim when they're supposed to and teach them how to know when it's their turn.

Great staff, great members, outstanding facility - the place exudes WELCOME in every way you can hope for. Keep it up!

I have been a Y member most of my life. I'm almost 77 and continue to use it almost every day. I love the facility.
