water aerobics program
Everything is very nice and new and clean. The pool is not too crowded and everyone is friendly.
The Ymca is a very friendly atmosphere, and you get a very good work out when you work out, great facility & a great cliental.
The Exercise Classes offered are excellent and geared to diverse ages and promote health improvement and are uncomplicated to attend. The amenities such as small inside pool use for rehab or weight loss etc is great and very accessible. The YMCA staff is always cheerful and ready to help and the food service is excellent. Parking is convenient although there should be better signage in parking lot to encourage slowing down while entering and exiting parking lot.

My family and I love going to the Marblehead YMCA. They have everything we need and a low cost for membership. The pool schedule is a bit confusing at times, but it is always enjoyable and clean. We are very excited for the outdoor pool! The fitness center is great and very well updated. We have not checked out any other areas yet, but we are hoping to sign our daughter up for the camp.
I love the classes and especially the pool and that the locker room is kept clean.

I join the LiveStrong program last year. I spend winters in FLA so I went around to the Y's in the West Palm Beach/Boca area half expecting to see facilities as nice as the one in Marblehead/Swampscott. I was extremely disappointed. Their machines were much older(strength level pinions were frozen and worn). Degrees of cleanliness was wanting. They all knew about the LiveStrong program and took my name and had hoped one would be starting soon (but never did). One program coordinator I spoke with who was from the North Shore area lamented how different it was down here because of the funding and enthusiasm with those in that area was absent in southeast FLA.
Well, no place can replicate the vast window that faces the west while we're on the machines.
And the set up of the machines is diverse and plentiful. It is tightly compact but it doesn't feel crowded because it is thoughtfully laid out.
Yah, I recommend this Y to all I have a chance to meet and express an interest where to find a decent gym. (If this wasn't so long, I would have asked it to be shared). Name removed

Not much I can do with my 7yo at the Y. He especially loves that it's unstructured time for him to just run around and get his energy out
Addie is the best.
The instruction is awesome. Kids love all the interesting things he teaches. Great exercise for them.

Great work out and structure for my six year old Sierra. Knowledgeable staff Haley is wonderful and teaches class with effectiveness.

My son is on special needs program and they have been AMAZING so good to him and every Sunday he LOVES IT! I hope they continue doing it not just for him but for all the other families also .
