I love the Ipswich Y! It is small, everyone that works there is friendly and I can always get on a machine. I also love Jan's yoga class Sunday at 3:30. She is the best!

If you can afford it compared to the chain Planet Fitness gyms. it's just better. The staff and people that go are more of a community, especially for seniors
