Cape Ann YMCA was clean through out. The men's locker room was also very clean and the the showers roomy. I enjoyed my visit to this YMCA and will come back.

I’m almost 70 and have had autoimmune illness for 35 years. It causes extreme fatigue. So going to the y was very difficult to just get the energy. On top of that , working out in front of strangers is intimidating. I can see at this local y that it’s very low key in a good way. That’s what people in my shoes need.

The classes and instructors are amazing!

Also, the kids club staff are phenomenal with all the children. They make it easy to have some time to yourself and not worry about if your kids are being taken care of.

The swim lesson instructors are great as well. They really make the kids feel comfortable in the water!
