Clean, vibrant facility. Plenty of staff to help which is great because the equipment frequently moves around or new machines come in.
Would be great if more pickle ball play times were added.

As a new resident in Gloucester, I had heard great things about the local Y.
I was warmly welcomed by Jeanne at membership and giving a insightful tour by Chad.

I had my first visit to workout yesterday and I'm looking forward to taking advantage of
the many opportunities available at the Cape Ann Y.

Love the classes and pickleball!

From the front desk to the membership engagement process to the floor staff this Y is top notch. The facility is modern, spacious and clean! Great variety of classes, equipment and options to get fit in a welcoming environment.

The after-school program at Plum Cove is incredible. My daughter loves trying new snacks, playing on the playground with friends, and doing fun crafts.

Socialization. The program is helping my granddaughter how to play with other children. Also releasing enerafter a long day of school

Educational but still play based

Everything is clean and the pool was at a nice temperature.

Great care and consistency in each class leader which generates an esprit de corps and community among the regulars. Looking forward to EGYM.

As soon as I walked in I noticed the new equipment, especially the section where there was a lot of activity close to the Help Desk. as I approached the Help Desk I was greeted by an employee who said "Hello can I help you" I explained I had had Y membership some time ago and was amazed by all the new equipment. The lady quickly explained what the equipment was for. I was given a wrist band and shown how each piece of equipment worked then set off on a circuit of tests to evaluate my ability.
This was a wonderful beginning for my return to regular exercise.

A friendly place to meet new people and exercise at the same time. Great classes offered and a positive place.
