It’s very frustrating seeing people sitting on machines playing on their phones. I have limited time to go to the Y and seeing kids sit for 20
Minutes is aggravating. Makes me consider paying the extra money and go to Lifetime instead. I have mentioned this several times to different staff and nothing changes. Other than that it’s an awesome place.

It’s a comfortable place with ample equipment and helpful staff. I think the range of activities that go beyond just exercise is an important reason to support the Y.

Although I have not explored everything they have to offer, I love my Fit for Life class. Many classes, like this one, do not require pre-registration. Both staff and fellow members are friendly and non-judgmental. I like that the instructors offer options to many of the exercises in case you cannot easily get on the floor, have balance issues, or need to use lighter or no weights. I have been coming for about a year and it has definitely improved my flexibility and strength (I’m 69). Come join us!

The yoga teachers are so great, especially Jill and LeeAnn. I go to all of their classes! I’d love to see a late evening restorative yoga class (like 7:00 or 7:30) if you could ever offer one!
