Clean, posative staff,,,joyful place
Staff levels seem adequate. Clearly staff are enthusiastic about helping kids develop. Staff getting into the water and tweaking form is bar none the biggest indicator that the program is world class.
You offer a wide range of sports and activities for all ages which are reasonably priced and loads of fun to participate in!
Flexibility in allowing guardians to swap out taking kiddo to swim given schedules, flexibility for parents to interact and encourage from the stand and involvement and interaction of the staff with each child in the lesson!

My Granddaughter - Addy loves being in the "Big Kids" swim class. She patiently waited for the day to come that she be just like the big kids. That day came and she couldn't have been more excited. She was beaming with joy all throughout the class. Elle was very patient and gave excellent direction and instructions the entire time class was operating. Thank you! Team GBY Aquatics!
They make the lesson fun. They give feedback to help your child learn continuously at home. There are free swim lanes available for parents to swim while child does lesson.

Clean, modern facility with great staff!
I joined the Beverly Y several months ago and am truly enjoying the experience, The facility is a very pleasant clean space with attentive helpful staff and the monthly membership price couldn't be more reasonable.The group exercise classes, especially those tailored to seniors like myself are excellent.
I like the group classes with excellent instructors. There is a nice community feel to participating. It is very welcoming from being greeted with a smile and good morning to exiting with good wishes.
The facility is very well laid out with lots of equipment. There’s also a wide variety of classes.
The coaches are very hands on and the classes work on the basics.
It’s very organized and the coaches are super friendly especially Laura
Class schedule, instructors and location are all great. Only negative is the bleachers I have to sit on are very uncomfortable haha
Our son loves his swimming class.
We enjoy the basketball program and are thrilled to join again this year. There are great coaches and the kids have a fun time.
Also, we enjoy all the club mid programs and Friday Night Fun sports activities. Thank you for providing great programs for kids.

I am taking my seven-year-old granddaughter for her first set of swimming lessons and it’s going great all of the instructors make it fun and I think that’s the most important thing, I love the energy that I feel whenever we walk into the pool area I feel like all the staff is so upbeat and encouraging the whole place has a great vibe!
I always tell my granddaughter it’s like we’re in a little city it feels like a 24 seven operation to me the only thing I would add is may be more choices in the snack area especially now that Bonnie breads opened up a new spot maybe they could deliver some really good big goods to you I think with a bigger selection you could add a little excitement around the café

Great selection of fitness equipment. Redundancy is good too. Generally the facility is very clean. The stretching mats on the second floor over the front entrance are a disgrace - they are filthy!!! Overall a very pleasant experience there!
