The people are friendly and the instructors are very good its really extreme yoga workout. If you want to do yoga and really push yourself to get stronger and better this is definitely the place to go. Signing up for the first time and getting a free week is basically a steal cause if you go the whole week you have worked out enough for the rest of the year. Haha but yea awsome place anybody whose trying to get into shape try this at least once.

Excellent class quality however I don't like that you close the door between classes. It is very inconvenient if someone is late.

I love love love the hot sculpt class! I feel so good after I'm done. The instructors are awesome and the music is great. The studio is nice and clean and the retail section is really great.
