I really like the C1 classes. The flow, the intentions, hands-on instruction, soothing voices, demonstrations for some poses.
Friendly staff, high tech temperature and lighting controls, lockers, showers, etc. all well maintained. My only suggestion would be for leaders to remind participants to clean up their sweat around their area after the hot yoga sessions. no fun coming into a studio where the florr is covered with other people's sweat.
The classes are all hot yoga. You basically know what you are getting even if you don't know the teachers
