Took a great C2 from Toni. The long wind-down at the end of class was a great way to get grounded before a busy weekend. Also shout out to the Downtown Minneapolis SET team - the studio, bathroom, and lobby was spotless!
Pega was a great instructor. I’ve been away from my mat for awhile and her guided instructions were very helpful to getting back in the groove. She and the rest of the Grand Ave staff were super friendly and helpful.

Selfishly I don’t want my studio Uber crowded but it’s such an amazing place to get your head right and start your day off perfectly! When I have to travel and miss class, it’s the thing I miss most after puppy time and family!

I’ve been going to CPY for years. There are good class options and formats - and having many locations is a plus in the Twin Cities, but also when I travel. The best part - and what I value the most - is the teachers. Having teachers like Maari, Wendy, Bridget, Gina, Taylor, and Caroline at the Minnetonka studio is what keeps me coming back and makes CPY a part of my schedule every week.
The instructors!! Even the mornings where I feel like cancelling my class - the moment I walk inside I feel welcomed and important to each instructor.

I have had NOTHING but positive encounters here. Laura, the studio manager, is possibly the nicest person I have met in my entire life, and is an amazing influence on others. I also LOVE going to Ally’s classes. She teaches so many different kinds and is so methodical and energetic and just fun. I LOVE this studio, and I love the underground parking in the winter, too!

All the instructors are wonderful - so grounding and knowledgeable and kind - they embody what we want to take away from the peace and energy of a yoga class.

Bridget is an amazing instructor. Her pace and cueing were spot on. The class flet like it was 10 minutes long vs an hour. I felt soooooo good afterwards.

I love this studio, but the times aren't perfect for my schedule and I wish they were a bit more staggered for parking/locker room consideration. Otherwise this is my yoga home!
