The classes and instructors are great. That said, I wish something would be done to manage pre-class disruptions in the hot rooms. ( People bringing in and unloading bags and coats & chatter)

It's close to home and it has the hot yoga class that I love! Mary has the instructor is very experienced and can lead a big classroom or a small classroom with ease. Very enjoyable session! Woodbury Minnesota.

I’ve been coming forever, but lately there is one guy who clearly smokes a joint on the way to class and if you get stuck next to him, you basically get a contact high or feel like you are forced to hotbox literally in a hot room. I do not care what people decide to do on the way, but when it is so pungent, it is not very respectful of the people around you.
I really enjoyed the c3 class, great flow, challenging & fun with a great teacher.
The instructors, the music and the location is very convenient
