I like all the different classes/instructors. They are all good but nice having different variety so it doesn't get boring.
Great workout space, clean and well stocked with weights. Angel is a wonderful instructor. She gives lots of options for each stage of the workout and is funny and encouraging during the challenging sections. I am visiting from out of town every other month, so I love being able to use the drop option to visit the studio.
The teachers have depth of knowledge, enthusiasm, the power to motivate and care about the people who come to take their classes. I always feel welcomed as part of the yoga community.

Liz did a holiday sculpt class Christmas Eve Morning. She was outstanding. Her class was fun and challenging. Went super fast. Would recommend Liz to anyone. I have taken Robyn on Grand too. She is awesome. Her class has a higher cardio/HIT base that is different, fun and a great workout. Instructors are great.

I think it would be especially helpful if classes with a very techno heavy playlist were titled as such on the schedule?
Idk if its just me, but this type of music can be very jarring and anxiety inducing for me lol.
The instruction is the best and the people are my family.
I love Joy’s class. The front desk is always super warm and helpful. The manager went out of her way to figure out a gift card issue for me. Bravo!

I enjoyed the Hot Yoga class very much. The teacher is great - she is experienced and leads and paces the class in a very mindful way. The studio space is sizeable (compared to some other Core sites) .
The glow stick workout with Angel was sooo much fun. Challenging, but fun! Studio is nice, clean, and well laid out. I appreciate the lady who had to sweep up all the extra glow sticks when we were done.

Ashley was simply amazing. Her classes are so dynamic and unique and always a good workout. Her music is fire honestly. Her classes burn every body part and every class of hers I’ve been to she’s had engaging and interesting exercises. 100% would recommend, best sculpt instructor ever.
