Student Testimonials
I loved the class, great balance between strength and cardio and yoga, and the people and the facilities were great, I just felt like the class was jammmm packed.
Studio is clean and friendly. Great classes and teachers too.
Great instructors.
CorePower quickly becomes a community to which you belong--from the teachers who greet you at check-in, to the fellow students in each class, and the informal conversations after practice, all combine to make workouts a positive and welcoming experience. Most important, you meet yourself on the mat, coming to awareness of your own mental habits, how you talk to yourself through challenges or difficult poses. The classes foster body-mind awareness, and there's nothing better for grounding yourself in your own purpose and experience.
I've really enjoyed Core Power. The teachers are personable and remember your name!
I have done yoga for 25 years and have never found a better place than Core Power Yoga in St. Paul. The studio buzzes with vitality and envelopes you in a sense of warmth and belonging-no matter what level you are. I brought my daughter-in-law to her first class recently and Ken made her feel so welcome. His class works your entire body inside and out—it’s addictive. Another teacher, Nora, makes every class fun and challenging and ends with “I love you all” and she means it. I’m so glad I found my “home” yoga studio.
Mike M is a fantastic instructor, he is energizing, motivating and delivers a fun, solid workout!
Great class and instructor

Classes and great teachers!
I felt like it was a good full-body workout, and challenging in the best way possible
I go to St Louis Park for Kim’s Saturday classes, whether that’s 75 minute CP2 and Restore or Restore and Hot. I typically double up on her classes. I really enjoy her mantras of class which speak to me and touch me. Class mantras that I’m able to apply in my practice off my yoga mat/studio. I typically practice at Maple Grove but travel to St Louis Park for Kim’s classes.
I reactivated my CPY membership to be able to take Kim’s class. In my previous membership, I also followed Kim when she taught in Edina (from my Maple Grove home studio).
WOODBURY STUDIO IS EVERYTHING
Maddie - an extremely talented instructor who packs the house no matter what type of class she teaches
Julia - an instructor who does not waste your time - you are going to get your hours worth of class in the best way!
Julianne - love her music, her quirkiness, her realness, her intensity
Hannah - she has great music and I love the way she says fiiiiiiive when she counts (it makes me smile :)
Charlene - a real fierce human who connects with people through her classes. Love her genuineness
Jasmine - WOW. Her C2 classes do not disappoint
The variety of class offerings.
I love EP!
Kelly & Celeste are excellent teachers. They each have their own style, use excellent timing & proper cuing and music is not too loud. Each has a welcoming disposition and demeanor. I taught fitness classes for over 25 years and appreciate the time it takes to curate music and choreograph a class. I am pretty picky about instructors because I only have time for 1-2 classes per week so I know I will never be disappointed in Kelly or Celeste's classes- thank you!
Gina is the reason I come to that class. Her energy and lightheartedness makes it a pleasure to sweat in. I'm always inviting friends to that class because of her!
liked the classes and teacher the people and the vibe.
So many classes all day everyday! As for
someone who will show up for my yoga but also has committing to regular times can be precarious for me. Schedule flexibility is essential to my fitness lifestyle!
Great teachers and class atmosphere!
I just attended a class lead by Margot. She was super engaging. One of my favorite classes/instructors ever. Also, the pre-class chatter in the hot room was minimal. This was a welcomed surprise!
The abundance of studios throughout the Twin Cities and nationally. Flow and format of sculpt
Class. My only criticism is that more instructors provide soft, non-rhythmic music selections during Savasanah. Love the high volume, upbeat music during class, but we advocate for peace , tranquility and silence during Savasanah, yet most instructors play loud, bumpin music, which doesn’t support that type of ambience.
Patrick is amazing, his knowledge and ability to get you into, through, and out of the poses.
Great knowledgable instruction
Excellent instructors - especially Celeste and Abby! A welcoming studio from the moment you walk in!
Thank you --
