However, I'd want to suggest that turn down the music volume during all of classes especially sculpt classes it does not matter which studios. Because some of us have the sensitive ears.

I love that there is a CPY in FoCo! The instructors are all fantastic (shout out especially to Amby, Melissa R & Adrienne) and I really enjoy switching up which classes I take. I mostly practice in the mornings and do wish at times there was a little more variety in the 7am offerings. I love that there are themed classes and other options like yoga on the lawn, appreciate the sales on apparel, the buddy passes and the parking availability! The only thing I wonder about and notice sometimes is the cleanliness of the studios. Often I see a lot of debris on the floors, dirty mirrors and am curious to know how often the equipment is really cleaned. Having the disinfecting wipes available gives me more peace of mind. Thanks FoCo CPY for all you do - keep it up, your attitudes are motivating and guiding is inspiring!
