CorePowe Louisville is my home studio and for me it more than an exercise studio, it's a community. It is a community that has offered support when I've been in need and instructors and students alike who have cheered me on during my recovery. They. Showed. Up. I will never forget the love encouragement and support I receive from the studio during one of the most difficult times of my life. And the yoga itself has been instrumental in both my physical and mental recovery.
I also love that there is a such a wide variety of instructors and classes. You can attend very traditional namaste with bells or a class laden with appropriately placed expletives, hysterical and relatable anecdotes. As my father used to say, " There's a lid for every pot!".
Lauren, the studio manager is exceptional. She truly cares and it shows in the vibe and fabric of the community at Louisville Core Power. I honestly don't know what I would do without it!

Great experience and a wonderful teacher in Niccole that played good music and had an awesome routine that was challenging and fun.
It was a comfortable pace and exercise I did not feel being forced. Setting is great and I will love to come back again.
