I think Heidi B is the most phenomenal yoga instructor! Her classes are incredible, the flow is amazing, her cues are transformative, her humor is lovely, the music is great, and I am so grateful.
This was my first core power yoga class I was especially impressed by the instructor Katrina. She did a great job of explaining each step and giving options for each exercise. The class went by quickly, and I felt very energized afterwards. I will definitely sign up for her class again.

The variety of excellent, positive instructors. Cleanliness. Occasionally, I forgot items I need and the studios offers those items at a low cost, this allows me to yoga that day! I absolutely LOVE & recommend all to join the COREPOWER family. Yoga has many healing benefits. It’s a great way to begin or end any day!
I love the convenient locations, steady consistency in instrtors and variety of classes. It is acte a lly strong community.
Early morning classes and focus on strength
Excellent class, sloane and amby did a great job. I would have preferred amby’s class to be a little harder, but it was still good.
***Side note, I really wish the rental mats didn’t get as slippery as ice when you start sweating. ***

The staff.
However, not pleased with the pending class schedule changes, which seem focused on Yoga Sculpt and Core X.
As an older practitioner (60 yrs old), whose been with Core Power for ~14 years, this leaves me feeling expendable, as class focus seems to be geared to younger practitioners.
I loved Nicole's class. She focused so much on form and I felt that I could relax and really just not worry about getting it right. She is an awesome instructor.

I love the expertise of the teachers and the fact that you offer Hpt yoga and Hot power fusion. Those classes are gentler on my shoulders.
a nice pace with Nicole including a cool down. I liked that she kept an eye on the heat and didn't let the room get above 100 for the C2. I enjoyed that she incorporated yoga history and philosophy and, while I don't attend her class every week, it sounded like she incorporated philosophy regularly in her teaching.
Great instructions on getting into the poses and better instructions on how to get out safely for the Core Restore class.
Liked that she individually checked during the holding of the poses and had ways to improve the position.

More hot yoga classes are please during the week. Ideally another 5:45a HY class on another day in addition to Tuesdays at Westminster

Great atmosphere, great music and a fun and challenging workout. Niccole brought the energy, was very welcoming and I definitely recommend this studio and her class.
The instructors are fantastic, Jennica is my favorite, they’re all motivating and coming in after work brightens my day. Playlist have been great too
Nice studio and great instructors. Maintained way better than the Boulder studios.

The Broomfield East location is conveniently located with plenty of parking and a very welcoming studio. All the instructors are welcoming to everyone, skilled in their yoga practice. Plenty of options of classes and times.
