I am just restarting my yoga practice. Sheryl, Nicole and Angela lead Core Restore classes and I can't say enough about how wonderful they all are. They meet me where I am and together with their yoga philosophy and teaching techniques it is the best 3 hours of my week. Thank you for the Core Power program, a friend in California recommended Core Power for it's universal approach. Looking forward to progressing to other classes, but for now this 70 year old is happy with Core Restore. Thank you.
I love the variety of classes, instructors, and class times! The studio is welcoming and the classes are great. I’ve taken a few of Taylor N’s classes and she’s great - always brings the energy and keeps the vibes high.
I have taken class with Katie who is super amazing teacher providing exercises that target specific muscle strengthening to enhance strength and prevent injuries. I also like that she provides options to modify to protect possible current injuries. I also like that she keeps pace with the beats of music so it makes the exercise more fun. And most of all she is super motivated and encouraging so that she transfers her energy to the class.
I hope Katie plays a role to teach new teachers as well!

The hot yoga with Ryan G was awesome! What a workout! Loved the atmosphere- it was very welcoming and inclusive. The studio was very clean, comfortable and calming. Thanks so much for a great experience and looking forward to trying other classes :)
The classes, music, teachers, and facilities. Also, the free community class for times when your budget is tighter. I do wish instructors gave adjustments when you display the sticker that you’re open to adjustments.
