The leader/instructor is very good, helpful and friendly. The yoga space is in good shape. But unfortunately, two out of three of the mens' showers continue to be out of order.
I appreciated your week trial . Your staff was welcoming and helpful. i did not realize that your studio classes are heated… not the best in summer whle accliimating to the altitude, but I was able to adapt the postures. Liked the use of weights.

I love this studio! My only critique is that the lights in one of the studios are really harsh and are always on.
And I often wonder how often the floors are mopped for the amount of sweat 😂

I've been going to the Louisville location since they opened years ago. I've really enjoyed the instructors and the cleanliness of the studio. And all the plants that Nicole takes care of also brings an earthy element to the studio
