My stylist name was Ana I believe. She explained all the deals and extras that go with the "MVP" treatment. I'm not big on haircuts but Ana (chair 1) did a fantastic job on my sides and top and went beyond my expectations by dropping another guard size and going over it all again. The shampoo and hot towel were as good as the massage towards the end of the service. I'll be making my appointment with Anna in about a week! Thank you, Roger
