I went to a different sportclips store than I normally go to (off of Beltline road and Marsh lane), since it was closer to my house. I had an awful experience. The lady was not friendly, no greeting and gave me a really bad haircut. Anyway I gave her a bad tip and went on my way. After I returned home I realized that I could not leave my hear the way it was, so I decided to go back the the sportclips store I normally go, to to see if they would fix it. Marcie greeted me properly and was more than helpful in fixing my hair. She took her time and did a great job. Marcie did not charge me and treated the haircut as a neck trim. I was so thankful you have employees like her. I gave her a great tip. Thank you for hiring such great employees. I will not be going back to the Beltline road and Marsh lane store.

Consistently friendly and courteous service. Shauntai has been curing my hair for 15+ years. She’s cut both my sons hair, my grandsons hair. She’s now cutting my wife’s hair. I wouldn’t go to anyone else
