You are always greeted when you enter and they make sure you understand how to sign-in. They are quick to clean up from the pevious client and quick to get you in a chair. They offer you upgraded service without making you feel pressured. I genuinely feel the team cares about the service they provide.

I take my 11 yr old grandson to the location on SpringCreek Pkwy in Plano. He HATES getting haircuts and acts like a spoiled brat. Your stylists are so patient with him (and me) and try their best to please both of us.
I was having a pretty crappy day in a really crappy year and decided I had to get my haircut. This was the first place I found and stopped. I'm so glad I did! Donna did such a great job and took such good care of me that it actually made my day better. Words don't really do it justice, but I'll definitely be back!

Fast, friendly, reasonably priced
Really loved Kennedy and appreciated that she took her time to give me one of the best haircuts I have had. Her attention to detail and customer service really allowed me to relax and made sure that I will return to a store I accidentally discovered. She did a great job and got me out quickly. I would’ve loved the triple play but I knew she did me a favor by accepting me while waiting for another client to show.
