Sometimes I fear they try to cut as many people as possible and not actually prioritize the current customer. But she did a great job. Will be back

App makes it easy to get on wait list and know when to arrive. Like watching sports. Hot towel, scalp massage and Shoulder massage very relaxing. Suggestion: I Would like option to have cold towel after hot towel.

Love all things about your stylists and services. Once negative is that you raised your haircut prices a bit after opening up after COVID. I think many of your customers and people out there were hit very hard especially financially so it feels a bit weird you'd be raising prices vs lowering them during transition. I know you as a organization also suffered tremendous loss of revenue but also most know the government relief efforts also helped compensate. I also get supply and demand but do think the average consumer is mad as can be and group companies that raise their prices in this critical time as opportunist, almost gives the impression they are taking advantage of the customers and times. Mainly a good example is that the largest retailer of its type in the world "Walmart" was experiencing historic, record sales across the board on most all products during the shut down. What's infuriating and supports my ideas is that they actually jacked up their prices virtually telling their customers that they don't care and are going to capitalize on their victims/customers. Trust me I am not a deranged but reasonable person who almost 100% agree in my circle of friends and family. I think if Sportclips actually came back from opening up again with a lower compassionate and transitional lower price for a while it would give your customers a opposite view and motivate more and quicker business. Just my two cents. Please view my feedback as if 1,000,000 or more felt the same but didn't take the time to give you feed back. Thank you,
