I like that our agent, Gerald listens to us and shows concern in the area of our concerns. We feel comfortable when he's getting about in our home. He kindly communicates with us and takes time to discuss and educate us concerning what we see in different seasons and why. He always assures us that he will return if we see anything concerning. He shows up as agreed and always lets us know when he's done and leaves asking if he should lock the door behind himself when appropriate. It helps us feel like he cares about what kind of service we are getting. And I want to moreover express that we use to see random large water bugs anywhere in our home and occasional regular roaches now & then even though we keep a clean home and keep trash out. When I would switch on a light as I entered, I would look all around in fear thinking that I would see a big bug and sometimes, I would. Or the fear of seeing one with guest being over which has happened. We now see NONE! Gerald did explain that nothing can stop an incident from 100% happening and we understand that but we're seeing nothing for years now. He also serves our two sons' homes. Thank you, Gerald & Arrow!
