From the moment I called with this VERY EMERGENCY situation of roaches in our toilet??? They were so kind and helpful and reactive and sympathetic. WHICH... I mean, come on. To have a sympathetic exterminator that just understand we're all human and get the willies and just want to feel like we're in a clean home? That seems like common sense but doesn't necessarily mean it always exists. Everything was explained to me and what I was willing to take on to maintain care and have control over, they taught me. And I appreciated that autonomy.
They are always on time, arriving when they say they will. They are professional and informative. And their services work!
