Depends on the person doing the servicing. Some are more thorough than others. I’ve actually lost a little of my confidence in what I think Arrow truly means to be as a service provider recently.
We asked Alvin to provide another “sticky paper” pest control for our utility room, but had to go to his truck before he left and remind him. He said he had none, but would return the following day with one. He has yet to come back.
Bryan(?) was very thorough, but was promoted up.
