I like the promise that after cleaning with a wet product, our carpet will not get "more" dirty after you leave - the dirt won't stick to the wet carpet or come up from the nap after done. .
All employees have the utmost respect for our property, they do what they say they will, when they say they will do it. Pricing is very reasonable and the quality of the work is as good as we have ever seen and much better than most.

We have 2 older dogs who have accidents in our house. We have tried other companies but they were never able to get the spots completely out of the carpet. ZeroRez and their special process was able to get our carpet cleaner than it had been since before we moved in 3 years ago

The company repaired, cleaned and polished my travertine floors which were stained, chipped, cracked and dull. This job took two days to complete , but was worth EVERY penny. They are beautiful now! The staff was professional and pleasant. I would definitely use them again for any floor cleaning services .
