We paid $691.50 and we still have the smell of pet urine in our home. Overall the technician did a good job but there is one room in particular where he had a black light, he looked at the carpet, pulled the carpet back from the wall, looked at the back of the carpet, the padding and the concrete and gave the opinion that the urine didn’t get to the padding or the concrete so he used a topical treatment and cleaned the carpet. When I arrived home from work later yesterday afternoon, I could smell the diminished smell of urine, but it was clearly still there. Our cat who had a bladder issue shortly before he passed away is no longer a possible new cause of the urine smell because the urine issue happened before the technician came to our home. It’s my understanding the technician was very polite and professional so we are very pleased about that. We also like the smell of the products that were used. We would appreciate the urine smell being removed. I don’t know why but with each passing hour yesterday and today it smells worse in that room. Also, I would like to discuss the final invoice since the math on the discounts do not appear to be 25% off.

I must say after hearing him explain the product and then take a drink to show how children and pet friendly your product is, I was just in awe. When I needed your services last week I was very pleased that you came out so quickly and there was no more horrible stench smell in my house. I would highly recommend you. I really don’t want to get the technician in any trouble but I don’t think he was very thorough. There are a few places where he didn’t really clean well. I know whoever laid the tile did a terrible job and used different colored grout in different places but the areas I am talking about all have the same grout. Also, the machine he used to clean with did not fit along side the toilet in the bathroom Or in some places and he just left that tile dirty. I am not trying to get him in trouble or cause him to lose his job but if you plan on making things good, please do not send the same technician. I do not want him to come. Please send someone else.

These folks do what they say they will, when they say they will do it. Very courteous, kind, and thoughtful about how they proceed putting their customers needs in front of the actual work to be accomplished.
Prompt and courteous. Tanner was extremely professional. He didn't try to sell us services we didn't need. Just did the work we requested and what a fine job it was. Got the kitchen floor grout cleaned and almost looks brand new. Word recommend Zerorez !!!!

Very good product nice service . Carpets turned out great and the pet deodorizer really took the smell out of the room and lasted for days. Looking forward to now getting my tile grout cleaned.
