My Tech Nick called me prior to arrival, also when he did arrive he explained exactly what the process would be, what he was doing!!! My carpet smells and looks brand new !!! I also got the pet treatment due to my puppy having accidents on my carpet! I’m a very satisfied customer will continue services and also recommend! Thank you Nick

The tech Elijah was great. Took care of everything and was extremely professional and efficient. Will definitely use them again.
Thoroughness
Elijah showed up early and got to work. He explained what he was going to do and gave us a choice of cleaning a particularly dirty area rug. Elijah was friendly, polite and did not leave a mess. We had several items cleaned: 1 Queen mattress, 2 area rugs, a full sofa.
We were very pleased. We have used Zerorez many times and will continue to use them.

I liked how thorough Lucas was in cleaning out my dryer and making sure the blockage was clear
