Rachel has been professional respectful and listens and responds to any concerns I might have. I have grandchildren that sneak snacks in the family room and naturally leave a trail of crumbs, I have seen one dead roach by my fireplace in 6 months. So I am very pleased.

James Johnson is the BEST i have ever seen. Very thorough, not lazy at all and is a walking bug encyclopedia. As long as he is on your team, you will be on mine.
